Role models play an important part in all of our lives; they offer us a sense of orientation. Role models are the ones supporting us in finding, developing and enhancing our own identity and personality. However, there is a lack of visible queer trailblazers for young queer people arriving to the business world. This book intends to change that.
We have interviewed astonishing queer people in politics, economy, culture and sports. Throughout “Generation Rainbow”, those individuals share their own stories, coming out experiences and advice regarding the future- ranging from funny to sad, but always combined with an inspirational message!
We are encouraging the future Generation Rainbow and intend to inspire them to path their own way in the business world- sucessfully, out and with a strong sense of self.
