Non-profit status
The PROUT AT WORK Foundation has been recognised as a non-profit organisation by the Finanzamt München Abteilung Körperschaften [Munich Tax Office, Corporate Entities Department]: It exclusively and directly serves tax-privileged charitable purposes in the sense of §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO [German Tax Code]. According to its charter, the corporate entity supports science and research as well as public and professional education (§ 52 par. 2 sentence 1 no.(n) 1,7 AO).
