Queer networks are an established institution in modern companies. As a safe space for the queer community, as advisors on diversity strategies, and as a think tank for ideas, projects, and actions, they help shape internal structures. Queer networks are an important pillar in the work to create an appreciative corporate culture and equal opportunities for queer people in the workplace.

In order for employee networks not to be dependent on the commitment of individuals, they need versatile support. Broad-based networks are more sustainable and resilient—and have greater potential to have an impact across locations. In this TOGATHERING, we will address the issues of member recruitment and regionalization.
