Employee networks (ERGs) thrive on the exchange and commitment of their members. But how can we move beyond words to specific actions, and how can ERGs support each other across companies, benefit from each other, and achieve more together? Which campaigns have already proven successful in the past, and what should we work on in the future?

Together with the queer employee networks at Capgemini and Disney, we invite you to discuss these and other questions and to broaden your perspective beyond your own company and ERG. How can we learn from each other, gain new perspectives, and join forces? Where and how can we share expertise to translate ideas into concrete steps?

During the event, we will develop ideas on how to initiate collaborations that extend beyond our own company boundaries and promote sustainable engagement that benefits everyone.

2. Which campaigns have failed, and why?

We then work out and discuss how we can set up and achieve a common goal.
