Is your ERG (Employee Resource Group) currently in the beginner phase or you are just getting started? Do you need support with the first steps and want to talk to and exchange ideas with experienced ERGs members?

In order to reflect the foundation’s commitment to networking, we have launched a new service: the ‘Queer Network Compass’.

It is designed as a ‘start-up aid’ for newly established or inexperienced ERGs and consists of a consultation with PROUT AT WORK and two discussions with members of experienced and established ERGs.

We have established a pool of mentors for the two discussions. By participating, these mentors agree to meet twice for approximately 30-60 minutes with the mentee to discuss all important issues relating to the beginner phase, using a discussion guide, in the event of a match (made by PROUT AT WORK).
