The anual PROUT AT WORK conference, with 200 participants from 100 companies and organizations, is the foundation’s largest event and takes place over two days in October. In addition to exciting panel discussions, keynotes and interactive breakout sessions, the participants learn about best practices around queer diversity and have plenty of time for discussions and networking.

„Gemeinsam.Füreinander.Einstehen.”: The PROUT AT WORK conference 2025 welcomed together with lead partner Audi over 200 guests on October 21 and 22 at the Audi Forum Ingolstadt.
