Wishes play an important role in all our lives. Especially in the quiet and cosy winter months, wishes often become visible – for young and old. We also know wishes in relation to LGBT*IQ equal opportunities in the workplace: above all, the desire and demand for an appreciative environment in which every person can live their authentic self.

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Wish” is an animated musical comedy that transports audiences to the magical kingdom of Rosas, where Asha, a perceptive idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is granted by a cosmic force – a small ball of boundless energy named Star.
