togathering: queer leadership

Queer leadership takes centre stage at TOGATHERING. In an inspiring panel discussion moderated by PROUT AT WORK, three outstanding leaders share personal insights into their career paths, experiences and attitudes:
- Mathias Schreiber, partner at PwC Deutschland
- Nina Hechenberger, founder of fair-digital.at
- Stefanie Groiss Horowitz, programme direcor at ORF
They will speak openly about their individual careers, their experiences of coming out before and in leadership roles, and the challenges and key success factors that have influenced their paths.
In the subsequent workshop format, we deliberately switch from listening to co-creating:
Together, we explore the question of how structural barriers to career paths – especially for marginalised and queer people – can be effectively broken down. We discuss the role networks play in diversity leadership recruiting, the added value queer perspectives offer for management, leadership culture and change processes, and where concrete starting points for change lie.
The workshop focuses on practical levers and concrete options for action:
How can queer leaders and allies actively develop leadership structures? What conditions must organisations create so that queer leadership is not only promoted but also sustainably anchored?
Together with PwC Austria, we cordially invite you to:
