During these special times the exchange of experiences and best practices is important. Companies as well as employees face unknown challenges since Covid-19 entered our everyday lifes and strongly influences the world of work. One of the questions is how to farther shape cultural change in the workplace. What exactly does ‘new normal’ mean for everyday working life as diversity managers? How can we inspire employees also virtually for more diversity and participation? How can approaches of diversity and inclusion support the plannings of returning to the office?
Diversity managers and HR managers are invited to actively participate within PROUT DIVERSITY LEADERS not only to experience what (until now) worked better or worse, but also to share their own insights and tips. PROUT DIVERSITY LEADERS is a platform where not theoretical solutions but practical answers to everyday challenges make up the focus.
